Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Sometimes, when I send a fleet to a system or to attack ships that are 2 jumps or higher away, it sends them on a very long route, even if it goes through marauders or something similar. (Also sorry for bad picture I couldn't upload any video of some kind for some reason.)

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Just right click a ship and send it to move somewhere or attack something, in enemy territory, it only happens on and off, and I can't really find a trigger.

If there is an FTL Inhibitor between your fleet, and the enemy fleet, and it is at a chokepoint, then the fleet can't automatically path through it. You would have to tell your fleet to attack the system(s) in between, so that it can take out any starbases with FTL Inhibitors. If there are any planets, you need to invade and occupy them, or you can't pass through the system. It looks like in this case, there are 2 potential chokepoints that you need to pass through in order to get to that enemy fleet, and at least one of those must have an FTL Inhibitor. But for now, since you can't get there directly, your fleet has found an accessible path to the enemy fleet, even if it is in no way an efficient path to get there.

You should check the 2 systems circled, next to your fleet. That is your only direct path from your current position to the enemy fleet, so those are where the issue is coming from. Unless, of course, the system you are currently in has an FTL Inhibitor of its own and you haven't knocked it out, yet.
