Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As seen in the screenshot, parts of the UI, including the Main Menu, were missing upon starting the game, forcing me to Alt+F4

This can sometimes happen when exiting a previous game to the menu and starting a new one. I see it more often when using UIOD + Extended Topbar. Not saying its a mod issue, just putting some more info that could help

I've seen this happen myself, but it's pretty rare. Usually just restarting the game fixes it. I can never predict when it will happen.
