[3.4.5][a361] No popup or notification when mercenary fleet contract expires

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When the rental time for a mercenary fleet is up, I get absolutely no popup or notification that the fleet has reverted back to the control of the mercenaries. I've had this happen right in the middle of battle, and by the time I had noticed it, the fleet had already been rented to someone else. Fortunately I don't do ironman so I was able to back up to a recent save. I instead have to keep careful track of the time myself so I know when to renew it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load the attached save game. This should put you in system "New Sol"
2. Locate fleet named "Strike Force Behemoth"
3. Click on it to bring it up on the left.
4. Unpause the game and wait a few in-game days. By July 5th, the fleet will revert back to mercenary control. No popup, no notification allowing me to renew it.
Note that renewing the fleet contract manually does work and lets me have the fleet for another ten years, but then I have to keep careful track of the time, or I potentially miss getting the fleet back.
