Cant build mining station for energie

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After a pirate destroys my station, I can't rebuild the Energy Mining Station. In the system the number is not with a planet but with the sun.
I can't say whether it's the pirate's fault, I've had this bug twice. The first time I don't understand it, the second time the pirate attack is the only extraordinary thing.
