I was building a federation, and my AI partner declared a subjugation war. as soon as it had ended, they left the federation citing war philosophy - of their new subject. that I had just helped them get.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
allow a federation partner to declare a subjugation war on someone with a different war philosophy, or get such a subject.

Subjects and federations are broken in other ways. Form a federation with the United Nations of Earth in the attached save, and the AI will immediately leave it the next day. Trying to reinvite them shows that they "will not join federation with <subject>" -- here the problem is they aren't considering the effect of the subject before joining the federation.

The more I think about it, the more "subjects join" should probably not be default for federations with the new Overlord mechanics.
Note that subjects will also join even if set to independent diplomacy upon forming a new federation. There's no way *not* to bring them with you.
