[3.4.3] (00fd) Music player causes massive stuttering
Game Version

What version do you use?
Steam
What expansions do you have installed?

Yes
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing certain tracks in the music player results in significant game lag, even when the game is paused. As far as I can tell, most or all tracks cause this lag, but some cause much larger spikes than others. This might be related to the size of the track, or to how long it's been playing. Pausing the music player immediately and completely removes this lag.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
The lag is most easily seen by pausing the game, zooming in on a planet, zooming out slightly so the panning speed is a bit faster, and then using the arrow keys to move the camera left or right. The planet will pause and then "jump" several planet lengths, every second or so. When this is happening, you can pause the music and panning will immediately result in buttery smooth motion, without any planet jumping. Unpause the music to resume stuttering. Sometimes, switching to a different track minimizes the stuttering, so it may be an issue with specific tracks. However on all tracks I tested, at least a little stuttering is present.
The change in stuttering can be seen in this gif. The stuttering seen before I start the player is an artifact of the gif, but the stuttering after I start the player, those larger jumps, that's the issue.
