[3.4.2] Monthly Loyalty Changes incorrect in either Diplomacy Screen or Negotiate Agreement Screen

No mods, latest version of game as of 5/13/2022 6:00 pm EST.
I have a Scholarium vassal.
Actual result:
On the Negotiate Agreement Screen it claims to have a -1.15 Monthly Loyalty modifier and it tells me how this value is calculated.
However, on the Diplomacy Screen there is a +2.43 Monthly Change for Loyalty shown. I have no clue where this value is coming from, but at least in my favor it is actually increasing by 2.43 a month so I can abuse them a little more.
Expected Result:
I have not done any sort of trading for loyalty so I would expect this value to also be -1.15 even if it wouldn't benefit me. Alternately, the Negotiate Agreement screen could show the +2.43 instead and tell me why.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Get a Vassal
2. Over many years change vassal contract, eventually changing into a scholarium
3. Change Scholarium contract again to reap more of the sweet sweet research out of them
(Steps 2-3, may not actually be required)
4. Notice the Monthly Loyalty Change on the Negotiate Agreement and Diplomacy Screens are not the same
