Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I wondered why the battle with some mining drones took way longer than expected and when I looked in detail, i saw almost every shot of every ship own and enemy ships was a miss (own ships ~10% hit rate, enemies ~2%). In previous builds the aiming wasn't so terrible and it only happened in one fight. I am not sure if it is in special against a faction or if this is a random appearance.

An possible idea when there is no bug with that faction is that when my empire got an evasion buff modifier at the start/ whilst in battle broke these things up.
All in all this is an pretty akward bug.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
In my case it was starting to fight against ancient mining drones.

Yeah same here, except my corvette is the one not taking any shots. One corvette alone got caught in a dragon fight and he still haven't died yet. He's now on his way to Elite veterancy now. I guess this will be my first Elite ship ever.

I have the same. Two of my fleets, with around 15k fleet power each, all corvettes (i had two battleships in them, but they got hit and retreated) are in battle with Shard (the Rubricator dragon), and neither side can do any damge to the other side. Don't know why. Looks as if Shard regenerates it's shields/armor or whatever too fast, while my corvettes evade all hits. Before that, at the beginning of the game, i attacked an ancient mining drone fleet, with a fleet power of around 3k, with a corvette fleet of around 4k fleet power. The fight took very long, but the mining drones could not do any damage at all to my corvette fleet. After this fight, my corvettes are all veterans now :) . Something is totally wrong, maybe the shield/armor/hull regeneration calculations, or the evasion calculations. Edit: I just saw the "Shard" problem is also reported in the "Invincible Leviathans" bug report from yesterday, with the only difference, that my own fleet is also invincible

Same here, only the other way around, my shps have 74% evasion and 25% miss against mining drones.
Same version.
All DLC.
No mods.

and there is also a problem with regeneration, as ships regenerate all times through (shields, hull, armor) and dont have a cooldown that prevents regeneration for a while after a hit. This makes consuming swarm citadels almost undefeatable.

and there is also a problem with regeneration, as ships regenerate all times through (shields, hull, armor) and dont have a cooldown that prevents regeneration for a while after a hit. This makes consuming swarm citadels almost undefeatable.
I noticed this too while fighting a raiding Marauder fleet. My ships were only damaging the larger ship classes, but those ships were constantly regenerating making them last far longer. And once the larger ships were down, my ships stopped dealing damage entirely because they couldn't attack the smaller ships. I have a pic from a separate second battle after the first one that killed their big ships showing the zero damage bug.
