[3.4.2][7836] Minor dialogue glitch w mercenary enclave

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If I open a dialogue with a Mercenary Enclave, select "As your patron, I want to review my options", and then click the "x" button in the upper right to exit, I get taken to another dialogue to expand their fleet instead of closing the dialogue window.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
As above. If for some reason it isn't happening with all of the enclaves I've sponsored (lol), try the one that's in the upper left of my empire, on a sector capital.
