Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After achieving a score victory previously, I kept playing my game to complete the Become the Crisis event chain. Finally finished the Aetherophasic Engine and as soon as I unpause after clicking the "Do it" button in the final event, I see the victory screen for one frame and the game instantly crashes before it has a chance to reward the "Big Red Button" achievement.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Load provided save file.
2. Press "Do it" on the final crisis event
3. Allow a day or two to pass in the game.
Observe: the game crashes and the "Big Red Button" achievement is not unlocked.

Yes i confirm, i'have the same bug. In same circumstances.

I have the exact same problem, no mods, in an Ironman game. I can provide a save if needed.

I am also having this issue. Running the latest version of the game (Libra 3.3.4) in ironman. Should get the Big Red Button achievement as well as Suffer not the Alien achievement, but the game crashes as soon as the victory score card appears, without triggering achievements. Attached my save as well as crash log.
