Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Unable to import playset because of "trouble establishing connection with our servers". I tried cycling my internet connection, checking my firewall, and using my phone as a hotspot - no luck.

Not sure if this is just a capacity issue with the aquatics launch?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Export mod playset from computer A (notably, these are my desktop & laptop, would be great if we could sync playsets at the paradox account level too).
2. Attempt to import mod playset on computer B
3. Receive listed error

We've encountered a few cases of permission issues after updating. To see if this is the same thing, could you try rolling the install back to the previous version and then updating to the newest one again, to see if that makes a difference?

Can no longer reproduce. Only things I did:

-purchase/install Aquatic pack
-log in to paradox account in launcher

Not sure if those were related to resolution, or just incidental.

Seems like a tricky one. Glad it seems to have gone away for now - but if it happens again feel free to raise the alarm again. =)

Writing just because I noticed it too. My friend and I had the same issue and after we logged in, it worked. So maybe the message is wrong and should just read "Please log in to use this feature" ?
