Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In 2.8.1, the modifiers of sanctions are written in the description(1.png), but in 3.0.*, they disappeared(2.png). The only way to get know the modifiers, is breaking the law.

In 2.8.1, the modifiers of sanctions are written in the description(1.png), but in 3.0.*, they disappeared(2.png). The only way to get know the modifiers, is breaking the law.
