[3.0.3 (927c)] Listings on the slave market come and go too fast to buy them

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
In the slave market the AI list the slave pops and they are bought immediately after, making very difficult to buy the slave for me: as soon as a slave pop is put on for sale I guess that another IA empire buys it, making very difficult to pause the game and buy the pop before the IA. You see the pop appear and disappear in just a couple of seconds.
I use a no habitats mod and an endgame crises one but deactivating them doesn't impact the issue.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Load the savegame and open the slave market panel. You will notice that sometimes a pop is listed but vanishes immediately after.
