Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The criminal value fix in 3.0.2 is not working at all.

The text shows up in the the description of criminals but doesn't seem to actually do anything.

As you can see in the attached screenshots I have a planet with 2 merchants, 3 clerks, 2 criminals and 14.45 trade value from living standards . It has 47% crime so that'd have a negative but very minor effect on trade value, 3% less.

I also have a smuggler's port for a 25% increase. I should be getting well over 50 trade value ( 24 from the merchants, 6 from the clerks, net 0 from the criminals and 14.45 from the living standards, multiplied by 25% and some additional value for high stability but 3% less for the criminality ).

However I'm only getting 31.8. Which is the number you get if you subtract the 20 trade value from the criminals before doing the multiplication.

I know the patch notes said the breakdown might be wrong but the total is wrong as well. Even if I look at the energy credit breakdown and add all my branch offices together I'm still not arriving at anywhere near the correct numbers.

So the entire fix is not working at all. It has just added a line to criminals that does nothing at all ( perhaps it would increase criminal branch office value if that branch office belonged to the empire itself? ).
