[2.8.1][dfce] Enigmatic Fortress Event can trigger infinite times, and multiplies in Situation log

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So i was doing the Enigmatic Fortress event chain, and the Event triggerd an infinite amount of times (Screenshot).

I can do this event multiple times now.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Park a couple of strong fleet in the orbit to trigger the event once.
2. Choose to use the "Demolitions Team with a couple of transports i had like 29
3. I took the top most options and "Give the go-ahead"

The Fortress started firing again, Event popped up and that repeated over and over and over again, without it being even finished.

Thats when i started to have the event multiple times in my Situation log.

Happens everytime another empire attacked the fortress first and took down at least one defence station. Does not happen, if the player is the first one to take the fortress down.

Soo... is it being fixed? Still playing out 2.8.1 to finish a multiplayer game with friends but I've never had that event chain work.

Really hope the Dick 3.0 update solves this

This has been fixed in Nemesis. I've played a multiplayer campaign and had no issues with it re-powering up over and over.
