Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This has happened twice today.

The game will crash, the crash reporter dialog pops up, I type what was happening in-game and then click "send", and after a delay the crash reporter pops up another dialog box telling me that it failed for an unknown reason.

Is there a way for me to upload my last few crashes manually (here) instead?

The delay makes it feel like a network error, but network is working normally for me otherwise -- steam updates are downloading, this message is uploading, etc. Could it be an issue with the server where crash reports go?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Crash by performing dangerous action like scrolling on the galaxy map

2. Try to report the crash via crash reporter dialog box

3. Successfully fail to report crash

U can upload the error.log, which can be found in the documents stellaris folder after the crash. But it has to be right after the crash. If u start another game it will be overwritten.

Happened again today. Nothing really stood out in the error log but here it is anyway, and a few crash dumps from that folder.
