Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Two buildings, at least, appear to have tooltips formed with lines that don't appear usually in a building tooltip.
Usually, trigger conditions are not displayed to that extend.
They are namely:

Hover over the icons once those building are available (either to be built or upgraded).
