[2.4.1][Linux] Launcher Width Limited by Leftmost Monitor Size

Occurs in launcher regardless of mod status.
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When you startup the new launcher, if the horizontal width of the leftmost monitor (even if not set as primary monitor) is less than the size of the launcher window (such as with a width of 1080 pixels), the launcher window size is cut down to that size, and if the width is limited, some features (such as individual mod and expansion toggles) are not available.
The launcher window is not resizable, and the display initially used by the launcher cannot be changed.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Easiest way to reproduce this is to have a leftmost monitor set to a vertical orientation (which is how I am encountering it).
