Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After doing The Flesh is Weak ascension special project, the species planet preference changes. Specifically, it does so when the original homeworld planet class is not the same as the original species planet preference. The test case was as follows:
1. Start on Arid planet (Athanebia in the attached save)
2. Settle and move capital to Arctic planet
3. Complete Flesh is Weak

The issue did not appear when the capital was moved but the home planet remained unterraformed. However, after changing the home planet planet class (in the test case, to Gaia via console, not yet done in the attached save), and finishing the Flesh is Weak special project, the new species planet preference was Gaia Preference. In all test cases the project was started *after* all the potential planet class changes were in place, not during or before.

This *should* mean that starting on a Tomb World via the starting civic and then doing Flesh is Weak will give Tomb World planet preference to the cyborg pops. Surely this is not intentional?

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Terraform original species planet to anything that isn't the starting one. Gaia, Ecumenopolis are most common occurences
2. Start and finish The Flesh is Weak special project (first step of Synth Ascension)
3. Observe species planet preference changing to the new home planet planet type (which can at this point be Gaia or Ecumenopolis or even Tomb World)
