Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So I had this happen on two seperate saves today. Date: 7/02/2019
Timezone: UTC+10

So I go to invade this native world as a devouring swarm because I feel like a snack. Only problem is once I win I get a world that has my army occupying it, but the natives are fine, they are not being purged. I cannot resettle on the planet. It basically is not my planet even though I invaded it.

Its actually marked as hostile permanently, but trying to land my armies a second time simply sees them occupying it, I even tried deleting the starbase and reinstalling it on the first save, but it was impossible to rebuild the starbase as 'hostile fleets were present'. Despite this being untrue, only a hostile planet.

Edit: I realise after replaying that I have occupied these planets. Isn't that strange?

I just loaded up a save game made in 2.2.4 with new 2.2.5 and they remain occupied, they do not flip into conquered so extermination can begin.

Just loaded up the game with 2.2.6 and no change...
