1st Airborne Division didnt go to Normandy did they(being held in reserve with their first action in NW europe being market garden)? Didnt the 6th also use that symbol?

I don't see the point of listing the incomes of different divisions at this stage of development. They're bound to change later on.

The real question you should be asking is where Wicca did his research.
This thread is alot of guess work, guessing and similar. If there are any mistakes, feel free to correct me.
- Also 251/21 Drilling, that was visible on the stream, went into production from Aug'44. So it's also out of time frame...
- Panzer Lehr didn't have any Panther Ds, all were As

For the 251/21, the one ingame is a prototype of a Drilling on the Ausf. C from early 1944.

Nevertheless serial production commenced later on and I thought we're not doing prototypes this time
I will update the OP with units organized per division. Might take some time but it will be worth it
They could "just" remove the gun shield to make it look like this field modification.
We're not doing OOTF prototypes, but the ones which were actually field-tested, even in small numbers, are in.
i.e. the 12.SS fields a few Wirbelwind ingame, since they were designed by one of its AA officer and field-tested by the division in Normandy.
