The realm rejoices as Paradox Interactive announces the launch of Crusader Kings III, the latest entry in the publisher’s grand strategy role-playing game franchise. Advisors may now jockey for positions of influence and adversaries should save their schemes for another day, because on this day Crusader Kings III can be purchased on Steam, the Paradox Store, and other major online retailers.
While this sounds cool, what Eugen's Wargame series really lacked was an actual map editor.Maps are designed based on actual aerial reconnaissance photos of Normandy in 1944
French bias is highly likely from Eugen SystemsHopefully France gets some love but I want my glorious Red Army and the Italian Army even if it was ineffective.![]()
Of course it's a French envelopment studio ^^French bias is highly likely from Eugen Systems![]()
Probably a couple years off at this point, after all, CK2 still has one more expansion after M&MNow I'm rather disappointed that this wasn't Vicky 3, or even a new GSG. Maybe another day...
i would rather look at the Wargame not RUSE.the only RTS WWII game I'm expecting is one similar to Achtung Panzer-Kharkov, with an useful interface.
I'm not expecting something at Combat Mission level of complexity, but R.U.S.E was not just simple, it was trivial. too trivial for my taste.
The big market is in the west, so let's go with another Normandy game... It will be hard to have a game like this fighting in Vyazma, Greek Islands or Manchuria.
actually he didn't if you read his post correctlyExtremely disappointed. @TinyWiking you confirmed yesterday it was a PDS game...I have zero interest in non PDS games.
