The story behind t44. It was supposed to replace t34 76 but it was deemed more reasonable to use production ready t34 85 because it didnt require to stop current t34 production which was much needed to keep pushing the germans back from russian soill and into their homelands. Otherwise it was pretty ready for production. If you dig it a bit deeper, t54 is also sort of ww2 design lol.

there were 2000 T-44s all combat ready by 1945.. they were in production in small amounts since 1944 and were issued to several armored corps for training purposes.... but were all rekitted due to several reasons... one being secrecy.... the other being availability spare parts... but they were all combat ready by 1944

If this game ends up following the ever expanding nature of Wargame, the eastern front is a must. Massive sovet numbers high caliber arty ISU 152s...yes please... Balance issues ? If the devs made the 716th divison playable i doubt balancing Soviets will be a problem. The corps level focus for the Soviets actually gives the devs more freedom, adding variety to basic Soviet divisons. Just look at Flames of war ...

Personally I would love to see divisions from all ww2 armies just like earlier wargames. Improve the infantry mechanics as you go also :)
P.S. Company of Heroes 2 has Americans and British Madmat.
