We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
With older games that is usually fixed with a clean reinstall, but odd to see it with a first install of a game. You are running it from the Steam Play button, not a desktop shortcut or some other way?
