Steam - ultimate packs - problem

Although I own all the separate DLCs that are included in all the ultimate packs, Steam does not show that I own the packs. What's more, the system actually allows me to buy these packs again, even though I already own their entire content... The same is true of the Dynasty shield pack...

To the DEVS: could you please fix it? Surely, it shouldn't be that hard; I mean it's probably a question of the DLCs' Steam IDs or something...

The game's developers do not read this forum, just so you know. But I'm not sure what they could do about this anyway? Seems like a Steam display issue to me. Have you contacted Steam about this?

So, what forums do they read? I posted it on the Steam forums, someone said the devs didn't read them and suggested I should post here. Now, you're telling me they don't read their website's forums... Do they read any forums at all...?

What you might want is the Bug Reports forum, where QA gather reports of game problems for developers to consider.

However, I'm still not convinced this is an issue that the game developers can do anything about.
