Just noticed something interesting:

Looks like a series of test files. There's no way they have a "Carthage" DLC for HOI4, much less a "Dracula" DLC.

Those seem to be the names of various WWII Operations. Could either be test files with WWII related names, or could be that all expansions will be based off various operations and introducing content related to the missions they were. Either way, most likely a glitch that won't become relevant until after release and see the first actual DLC which is apparently being released Day 1.
