Well I doubt sb cares about graphical changes. In Vic II.
Victoria 2 is on sale, Heart of Darkness is on sale but A House Divided is not on sale nor is the collection pack, while to compare to HoI3 the collection pack is on sale (DLC collection pack is not) and individually most of the expansions are not on sale either. Most of EU4 content is also on sale while the collection pack is not, and EU3 is not on sale at all.
Individual DLC inconsistencies is one thing but why even the pack deals for older games vary a lot is a good question.
Should I bother buying Heart Of Darkness + base game? or should i wait and get A House Divided too? What does AHD add?
I am afraid that you won't be able to play AHD without HoD so you should wait.
AHD was an expansion mandatory for playing 2.x patch.
Hod was mandatory for playing 3.x patch.
AHD was an expansion mandatory for playing 2.x patch.
Hod was mandatory for playing 3.x patch.
Vicky 2 is the last old school Paradox game, meaning you need previous expansions to play newer expanions.
