I haven't played ck3 for 2 months then came back and have this problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

My first question would be, have you done the steps it mentions?
 
Moving to tech support, not sure if this is a launcher or ck3 issue
 
I see you haven't logged into the launcher. Can you try that please?
