If a Steam review is gone it's because someone (not necessarily us) reported it to Steam and a Steam moderator reviewed and removed it. It's important to remember that only Steam can remove reviews, not publishers or developers (or you'd only see games with 100% review rates

And yes, there is a new Community Manager, she is called Candyalien here on the forum and started quite recently.
