STEAM: no CD key

I just got the CD Key, i just sign in steam and a CD key window pop up from steam.

Their steam support need to be improved, they tell me that n CD key included, but now CD key suddenly pop up here. Which make me hard to believe their support in the future.

Another problem now, their CD key is XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

But i cant register my game as the CD key is too long, in the forum they only allow to enter 4 letters each box but not the 5 letters that steam provide me.

Oops, sorry for posted same thing again.. But see what the steam tell me, and i got my CD key after they told me this game come without a CD key.

I got mine. However, it is one row too short, do I throw in some x's or something?

I removed the last character from my key and it worked for me.

Say i got it like, 12345,12345,12345,12345,1234X

I just put in like [1234][5123][4512][3451][2345][1234] then left out the last character X

I done the same yesterday and it dosent work but now i tryed it again and it works (-:

just a note: you need to have the game installed in order to get the cd-key. this is because the cd-key has been published to the game as dlc. so if you just bought it or haven't installed yet, you need to install first to get the cd-key.
