Hello! Given the advent of the Winter Sales, I wanted to purchase some of the unit packs that I was still missing. Unfortunately, these seem to have disappeared from Steam? Does anyone have a list that I can cross-check my EU4 DLC library with? Unfortunately, Steam's list either shrunk or streamlined as it only shows expansions and the ultimate music pack bundle. Thanks!

Well here's the list of all the DLC https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Downloadable_content#Cosmetic_packs
In steam you should be able to view the DLC by clicking on its name, and then a page will pop up that will let you purchase it individually or with its corresponding content pack. Then you can select the content pack you want and it should open the content packs page which you can then purchase individually.

Hope that made sense :p

Same happen for Crusader Kings 2.

They try to reduce number of DLC by merge some of the old. For example, Crusader Kings II: Ultimate Portrait Pack is a new DLC with 11. The bundle have 43 items and there is only 18 DLC for EUIV.

And now the bunble give wrong information. They say -15% compare to individual price for CKII , but it is not true. The price of bundle is almost the same than DLC inside + game.

If I buy the bundle, I will over paid because I already have some of the items (for example : I can buy Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack, but I already have The Stars and Crescent, The Horsemen of the Crescent Unit Pack and The Conquest of Constantinople Music Pack).
If I buy the DLC in the shop, i will overpaid because I already have most of the item of the news packs.

I dont really understand paradox ... They could propose to the players to check all DLC they have and give a discount for update to new pack depending on how DLC we have. But no, they dont ... They just take the easier and lame solution.

I advise you to also look at the PDX store before buying -- unless you plan on spending some Steam wallet.

PDX currently has a "3 for 2" promotion so [theoretically] you can get a discount of up to 67% per DLC.

Edit: @LordPavel, I agree with you on the extreme edition and pre-order DLCs issues [different Steam IDs]. Their cost is added to the big bundles and nullifies the discount being given o_O

Thank you everyone for the great responses! I've completed my holiday shopping and am quite happy with the haul.

Thank you for this. Unfortunately, given Paradox's regional pricing scheme, directly buying from them is far more expensive for me. Their equivalent steam price (non-discounted) is equal to roughly 50% of their direct price in $ terms. I suppose this is one of the few benefits of living outside of the western world.
