My friend has the game through steam. I told him of the Pheonix mod, and he really wanted to try it, but when trying to add the mod to the folder and start the launcher, the launcher gave an error (typical windows error) "launcher has stopped working". We tried running as admin, he even tried compatability test though I assumed it would have no results. Anyone else experience this or is able to help?
EDIT: Nevermind, we solved the problem. I told him to put it on his desktop for ease of use, I should've elaborated as to whether or not shortcut. He put the entire file on the desktop, not the shortcut.
