I have now imported Warband and shipsim keys. If you have 5x5, like this: aaaa-bbbbb-ccccc-ddddd-eeeee you enter them in our system like this: aaaa-abbb-bbcc-cccd-dddd-eeee, so you just skip the last character.
I know the my games page is really bad and we are planning for a makeover, but until then it needs to work like this.
As for the games lacking keys, we are trying to solve that, but things are moving oh so very slow. All the games where keys might be missing have totally open forums though, so you will not miss out on any content beside the actual medal under your avatar.
Some people are missing that in the autoresponder is says that all issues regarding keys need to go to Support "at" paradoxplaza.com
However as we are aware of the issue, you do not for now need to send any e-mail at all. As has been made clear here, it is not an individual account issue but rather something more systemic.
We are aware of the issue, we take the issue seriously and are both in discussions with steam to resolve the situation, and have made changes to our registration programs to accommodate some of the steam codes already.

Can't agree more! I wonder why they have not yet done this?...Seeing as there are so many users having the same problems as of...
I am pretty sure we have already solved this problem for MB Warband more than 10 days ago.

Crusaders: Thy Kingdom Come - No CD Key, because you can't register it anyway.
Many games that do not have a CD-key to register is either too old, so they were made before we had the key system, or they were not developed nor published by us, but has fallen in our hands after release. Since we can't patch boxes with codes, those games will never register here. If the game does not have a registration possible though, the forums are always completely open.
Additionally, The following keys you issued do not work on the PI Support forum system:

Then Steam has probably released more keys and not sent them to me. I'll see if I can get hold of the new batch and import them. This should be solved shortly.

My kings crusade works now! But still doesn't have a Magicka one
You do have a magicka key if you right click and choose view cd key.

Well you should have, so please contact Steam support about it.
You do not need to fill in a separate request for each title. Please be aware that not all games can be registered due to various reasons.
Some registrations exclude each other, then you need our help to get them registered. That we can also help you with in the link you can see in the sticky.
Lionheart is no longer named Lionheart, is is now known as Kings Crusade.
