Just wondering if the current Steam Beta Keys migrate into the final release or will there be a separate Steam Key release soon?

Beta keys are done with.
When the game is released, we will get a new key to register with Steam (Or wherever) to download the game.

Well this is not what they are doing with Battletech. We will get the new keys in our backerkit account close to release. We will get notified when they get populated to all the accounts and then you go get your key.
