Steam EU help

I bought EU3 and every other dlc in a mega packet on steam but i do not know what i have to do next

Select the game from the list, then get the key from Steam and enter it. There is no proper order, you can just enter the keys randomly as long as you choose the correct game. You probally got EU3 Complete, HttT and Divine Wind from the package.
