Steam didnt patch update. DLC not out yet!?

Im updated on steam, got home about 5 min ago and just started up the computer and steam downloaded it straight away. Still waiting for steam to let me throw money at paradox by releasing the DLC
I haven't let the patch run yet. Want to read 5 pages of post-patch moaning first. But here's another stuffed animal to add to your collection.
Just copy the folder containing the 1.07b patch and put it somewhere else (it is 100% playable) and let it update, that is what I do to keep save compatability with games Im not done with when patch strikes
Yeah I could do that -- and maybe have a save. Steam has converted their format or something so I've been kind of leery of it of late. It totally wrecked another game which you absolutely have to play with the Cloud turned off. But thanks.

OK I feel quite normalized now -- lol -- NOW I am ready for the patch.
