Steam Collection Sale Questions

I have all the major expansion, and when i look at the "eu4 collection" it says "some of this game are in your library view extra copy page"

i view it and EU4 is not listed at all...

can i not part in the sale simply because of this, or will i get double copy of them, or will i get ability to gift what i have already to a friend?

i want the unit sprite now that i can see them after battles, and finally have much reason to do so.

but i don't want to pay int he main cost of the dlc i already had, and not be able to gift to someone, if i already had them to start off with, in the first place....

It is so much DLC and there IS no bundle for everything BUT the major dlc availalbe... it sads me T_T

why that is so!? and it is a PACKAGE so you can't OPTIONALY REMOVE THE ONES YOU BOUGHT FROM THAT COLLECTION NOR GIVE THEM AS GIFT?!?!?!?!


it is MORE expensive to pay FAIR release date price and then it EVER is to get a sale on the stuff that DONT include the majors....

60 dollars for the dlc which are NOT even game content....

for 24 dollars
for game+dlc i have + dlc i dont have....

the actual dlc isnt on sale JUST THE PACKAGE...
not way to gift what you own to someone to at least make it feel good!

.... please make a package for people who buy the full DLC but not the minor ones (unit sprite, music packs, event addition)
otherwise i pay more for just those while being a honest supporter than someone who come along lucky today and get the whole set for less than i paid for base game...

when is the good time to buy yoru product... it certainly is seeming like now, and not when it came out.. X_X

very super tempted to just make a new steam and buy the full package there.... give the one i got account to someone else and say goodbye to it because ill have everything anyways....... but somehow that seems it would be illegal.

so esentially...

i have

eu4 with EVERYTHING but art of war on one account

eu4 with CoP, WoN, AoW, and a few othre tiny dlc on the other....

I have officially bought this game twice...

I know those pop up periodically, as that's how I bought all of mine. (I got standalone EU4 when it was on Humble Bundle.) I want to say the Christmas sale will be better for that.

anyone know OF ANY WAY to trade items from two of your accounts?

i could trade idk, one of my games on this steam account that i just bought everything on for art of war? ????

(NOTE. i could play full game with art of war and dlcs shared from my other account on this account, and was able to accumulate some 300 hours on this second account through sharing a game i bought once.. now i bought it twice, i'm MORE restricted than i was..lol )

I'm sorry, but this made me laugh.

But yeah, I just bit the bullet and bought the whole collection at 75% off*, even though I already had CoP, Res Publica and a bunch of the pre-order stuff. Was a bit annoyed because I just got Muslim advisor portraits and Res Publica in the last sale. But I figure it's cheaper than buying just the ones I wanted but didn't already have on full price. And Im going to be spending a whole lot of time playing EU4 anyway, so it's not like it's a luxury buy.

I wish they would do something like collection 1, collection 2....etc. I bought the collection on steam less than a month ago and it didn't have the pre order stuff in it despite the newsletter saying it had everything released up to this point in it. Now it does. Or alternatively, do a season pass of all things. I can appreciate their sales model but it often just leads me to not buying stuff like unit packs/music when i like them just because it's a pain in the butt.
