Steam achievements "What the...?" and scenarios

Hi there,

are the Steam achievements broken?

The achievement "What the...?" is maybe about hit the city with all disasters the same time. I did it, but nothing happend.
I also lost 10 scenarios, but don't get the achievement. I also build 10 scenarios but also don't get the achievement.

Are they broken?

what the is A Chirper Storm, very rare. it is not having all disasters hit at the same time though

0% is not the same as zero people. with the number of people who own the game there will need to be enough people to have achieved the achievement before it can register .1%, only .2% have experiences a tsunami which is pretty easy to get.
