Whenever I activate my mods in the new launcher they are stealth closed the moment I click done. Before one could play mods even if they were not up to date. Many of my mods are in fact so but the launcher flags them and deactivates them instantly after I am finished doing the opposite.

Is anyone else having this issue? Make a noise here so Paradox perhaps takes notice of our plight, as I cannot see evidence that they have.
If anyone has resolved this, by heaven above please tell me how. Ive pumped far too many hours into EU4 and NEED mods now.
Paradox, your a great company, by all that is holy please fix this issue. Just let us enable whatever messed up collection of mods, updated or not, that we wish.

However the only reason I know of that they wouldn't work is if they are actually incompatible with the game now. I'm, not clear if by "my mods" you mean ones you've written or are just using, but either way it seems clear they need to be updated.

By my mods I mean mods I use. And the issue is not that it flags them, which the launcher has always done, even in its prior incarnation, but rather that it deactivates the mods the moment after I click done on the mod screen of the launcher.

What I've noticed is that you have to go through the procedure twice in order for it to work.

That is, while in the 'manage mods' sub-section, you need to enable mods, click 'done', then go back into 'manage mods' and do that again. The changes to 'manage mods' aren't sticking the first time, but they do on the subsequent attempt.

Edit: That behavior is also inconsistent. It may have to do with subscribing/unsubscribing mods, or some other variable.

Apparently they've removed that in 1.29.2 now. Has that update made any difference to you?
