So how does the plot work? I invited enough people who were unlikely to blab and was sitting at 150% plot power for several years and nothing happened. I invite all and hit 500% plot and still nothing after a year or two (and several blabs). Am I unlucky? Does it just have a MTTH even at high plot power? Or is it just placeholder implementation?

Part of me wants to say it's luck... but I've never had a successful artefact theft via plot either. All that ever got me were loads of Dishonorable penalties when the plot keeps getting revealed.

Eventually, I've just given up on plot thefts and just sent assassins. And eventually I stopped doing that too when I figured out that I could imprison my vassals' vassals with no penalty whenever they have the most benign of plots and take Their artefacts for free.
