Great news with a new city builder, that always fill one with hope!:)

What are your plans for statistics, graphs and the possibility to make overlays to your cities? Playing games like this has for me always been an excuse for looking at piecharts of employment types or improvements in the traveltime from one area to the next. My request is that you make this as extensive as possible - no stat is too small for me - and with customizable graphing and plotting options.

Also, cities XL had a cool option where it made a really quick movie showing the history of the development of your city. That would be amazing if you could expand on that with a real movie that you could playback whenever you wanted, in the pace that you wanted...

Anyways, look forward to hearing what your plans are.

Since CIM2 had already nice graphs and overlays not only for your transportation statistics but also for city and CSl is build on some same core principles we should have a lot of those and even more! I hope

What will the style of the information be? Informal and silly as in SimCity series or more formal with things you always wanted to know but were afraid to ask?

Possibly is worth mentioning here that some of the simcity combinations were actually reasonable eg traffic overlay combined with education levels. I have been a big fan of simcity since 1989, and like everyone else, struggled with the latest "interpretation". However, the more I play it, the more I see the benefit to 'gameplay' to simplification without 'dumbification'. Having said that, I am really looking forward to Cities Skylines, with actual policies and large cities. Perhaps this is one of those Paradox DLC possibilities - add an extra department to your city council that provides a whole bunch of extra information services such as graphs. I might wait for a 'pack' but would definitely buy this.
