There's a whole bunch of those banner alerts that I don't really have any need for (like "Country is at war", "You have claims" and "You can now build province improvements") since they tend to be pretty obvious
But I can't even begin to count how many ships I've lost due to automatic transport ending up with them ending up outside supply range and slowly attritioning to death
A banner alert telling you that you have stationary ships taking attrition would be lovely, and personally save me thousands of ducats
Of course, this should only apply to the stationary ones, since, well, navies can't really go very far without taking attrition
