Hi,

I know that it is working in case of Governor policies, but I am not sure if it is working in reards to camels...
I tried to replace global_state_trade_routes with state_commerce_modifier on Marketplaces, but it has no effect, even if I put it on the 99% value per building...

Anyone knows workaround or way to add it to the code
