My charts are hosted at the excellent Stony Road FAQ. However, if you want to download them, click on the attachment icon and follow the following instructions.
The attachment is a zip file (463KB). The unzipped size is approximately 2.5MB. Extract the zip file to whatever folder you want to. Three sub-folders will be created for atlas, technology, and unit charts. You will then have to guess what files to load based on file name.
All charts are 1.04.
