Is there any way to remove/skip the logos on startup? How about the opening animation? I’d like to be able to just boot up and go rather than taking time for stuff I’m not going to look at anyway.

Find the debug settings file (<installation folder>\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data\debug\settings.json, and add/modify these two lines:
