I'm fairly certain you're supposed to use English on the forums.
That said: there's very little functional difference between a single star, binary, or trinary. The main difference is cosmetic. Much later in the game, starting with a binary/trinary system will prevent you from building a megashipyard in your home system, but you can just build it next door, and build something else in the home system instead, so this also makes little difference.
The Sol options are different, though. They start you with a terraforming candidate in your primary system (Mars or Venus, depending on origin) and a second guaranteed terraforming candidate in a nearby system (Alpha Centauri). But that won't matter for a long time. The Sol options are mostly for roleplaying as a human empire.
There are a few other starting system options (like the void dweller or toxic god ones), but those are for specific origins.
