Start Question

Does anyone know if the game's start point will be based on a time-slider (like CK2 or EU3) or a set of bookmarked starting points (like HOI3 or Vic2)?

EDIT: Forget this thread. Found this in the facts megathread. That made me quite a bit more excited for this game.

-Historical characters exist for the "start at any date" feature.

Thats one of the main reasons why they are refusing to do pops.
