There is a nice arrivalhall and the check-in desk is also very modern.

The office of Start Aviations Group is right above the entrance of the airport. You can reach it easily with an elevator or the stairs.

Start Aviations Group provides lessons in alot of planes. From a Cessna 150 to a Boeing 727. There is also a possibility to use an advance Flight Simulator.
We do also Cargo Transport and we are able to offer planes for chartering.

MIDA Loic de Fourgéres pays a visit.
"Looks like a nice facility. The MIDA inspectors should be around soon for their regular inspection."

The secretary of Truman brings De Fourgéres the requested water.

"From my childhood I already wanted something in the air. I'm still a paratrooper in the LIRA but that wasn't enough. I wanted to fly myself. During my education in the USA, I was able to learn the flying and I had a flying instructors diploma.

After my uncle in Eutopia City died - a few months ago - he left me well prepared, if I can say it that way. I started this company with a well filled pocket of money and I was able to buy some second hand planes from old friends in the airline world. I also had some connextions in the Dutch Marine that would like to get rid of 12 Hercules Transport airplanes from the airfield 'Valkenburg'. Germany bought 9 of them. I have now got 3 Hercules planes for transport. I got my largest plane, the Boeing 727, for a dumpprice from the United Airlines that has just bought the new type of Boeing.

For my plans in the future... I hope I can get rights to land on bigger airports, like Eutopia City, because that would help the growing a lot. I will try to transport between Rotterdam Airport in the Netherlands, and if possible grow to Schiphol - also in the Netherlands - and Frankfurt or Paris. On the other side of the ocean... I've got landing rights on Gander, Canada and on a airstrip near Montreal, also Canada. In the USA I've the landing rights in Boston and in Miami. But these are very, very expensive, so I hope I get a lot of costumers there.
Is this a well explained plan?"

Thanks for the water. I am not really qualified to comment on your aircargo business. I had thought about putting together a transatlantic parcel service, which never got off the ground, but that is a long story. For expansion, if you have a good business plan, you could apply to the Eutopian Pension Control Board, which is beginning to do some venture capital investing.

The President calls and charters one of the Hercules to go to Eutopia City to pick up a passenger and then for an additional 96 hour block of time.

"Bring along two extra pilots so you don't have a problem exceeding the consecutive flying hours, and get a full load of fuel at Eutopia City. Your passenger will give you the destinations when he boards. File the flight plan for St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and then modify it later if you need to."

Truman calls up 3 pilots, who are also flight-instructors...

"Gentlepers,
I need your help. Or better, the President needs your help. He wants to charter the Hercules to pick up a person. He'll need the plane for about 96 hours. That's why I ask you all. Please leave from Eutopia City with full loaded fuel tanks. Your passenger will give you the destinations when he boards. File the flight plan for St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and then modify it later if you need to. On your way."

A black van pulls up to the runway at Eutopia City airfield, where a single passenger exits. Waiting nearby is a Hercules transport plane which powers up its engines upon seeing the man leave the van. The passenger boards the plane, tossing a jaunty wave back towards the van as he closes the door behind him.

"Where to, sir? We've got you down for St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands until you say otherwise" asks one of the pilots as the plane obtains clearance to take off.

"Into the air first...then we'll work on the details." Rio peered out the window towards Eutopian soil for the last time, watching until the coast faded away into the distance.

"We'll reach international waters shortly, sir...ETA five minutes" the pilot said, and Rio nodded.

"Head for Caracas."
