I have released my editor "StarfireEdit3":

This is specifically designed so that you can load three versions of the same file doing comparison of the first two and using that information to edit a third.
Specifically I use it by loading a v1.05b file in the left pane, a v1.05c file in the center pane and my mod version file in the edit (right) pane. Then I scan for differences in the v1.05b vs v1.05c files to find out what Paradox changed.
It's not much of a text editor but I think it beats Notepad.
