Playing as Ger 36. is it better to go with standing, even though i loose some gearing bonus?

Standing but not before you are at full CP, hawk and intervention, they are much more important.

In my opinion, the Org Bonus and Upgrade bonus of Standing Army is better in almost all cases, including traditionally Human Wave Doctrine nations like the Soviet Union and Nationalist China. THe gearing bonus just isnt enough to appeal to me.

I find that as the soviets, the sliders default being almost full gearing, that the only way to beat Germany is mass divisions, endlessly, even if there out of date. The gearing bonus when used right gives a 60/40 bonus (I think) this helps make divisions in just 45 or so days, a nice addition to any soviet force.

I think Drafted armies should get a +25% manpower bonus to make it worth the effort, its like Hawk slider, there is no benefit being maxed out in Drafted or Dove.... or Isolation for that matter
